Meeting Rooms

General Information

Scott County provides county facilities to all county departments, state agencies located on our campus. Additionally, the policy allows for some limited use by Scott County Authorized Agencies.

All rooms open during business hours (8-4:30p, M-F, excluding Board approved holidays) subject to availability. After hours events must be scheduled into Board Room unless other security arrangements are made. See Schedule B for reservation costs.

All rooms are served by nearby restrooms. Restrooms and meeting spaces are fully accessible.

Booking Procedures

Internal Customers

Rooms are available via Outlook and can be booked on-line. Rooms can also be reserved via Sixth Floor reception desk (x8611). We encourage the use of standard set-ups only. 24 hour notice required for room set-ups.

If no room set up is designated, booking party runs the risk of having to utilize previous room setup or possibly rearranging the room with their own resources, on FSS staff availability and work load.

External Customers

Rooms may be reserved by contacting the Facility and Support Services Department at (563) 326-8611. 24 hour notice required for standard room set-ups; 48 hour notice for non-standard set-up; 72 hour notice for after-hours. Reservations for all conference rooms – Except conference room 607- may be made by contacting Facility & Support Services at (563) 326-8611. Conference room 607 may be reserved by contacting Human Resources at (563) 328-8767.

Conference Room Resources

All resources with the exception of the mobile white board or easel must be picked up at the reception desk, sixth floor Scott County Administrative Center. A driver’s license or County ID will be required at check out and will be returned when items are returned to the reception desk.

The county has a limited supply of these resources and makes no guarantee regarding availability.

A driver’s license and/ or County ID badge will be required as a security deposit for using this equipment.
